Sophie brings a strong customer service background to her role as Assistant Property Manager at Allan Real Estate. Having worked across restaurants and resort service teams around Australia, she developed a genuine focus on client care, organisation, and attention to detail. She later worked with the Department of Treasury and Finance as part of the Financial Reform team, gaining valuable experience in structured processes, administration, and professional communication-skills that translate seamlessly into property management.

Known for her approachable nature and commitment to helping people, Sophie takes pride in delivering a positive experience for both landlords and tenants.

Outside of work, she enjoys staying active with Pilates, spending time with her two chihuahuas Sunny and Bella, and making the most of Australia through camping and travel.
